Making a life: Idaho grower Dwight Horsch values the possibilities ag offers
Dwight Horsch is a third generation potato farmer in Aberdeen, Idaho. The three basic focuses of his life have been family, farm and service to his industry.

Knutzen named Chair of U.S. Potato Board
Kraig Knutzen is a fifth-generation grower from Burlington, Wash. who was elected to serve as chair of the U.S. Potato Board earlier this year. He was nominated to the board in 1999. Prior to his appointment to the executive committee, he participated as a committed member of the Industry Outreach, Domestic Marketing and International Marketing committees.

Ontario operation builds success with family cooperation

A solid work ethic and rural-road smarts have served the Streef brothers well. Those are two of the qualities instilled into the five by their parents. There's another quality, however, that may have had more of an influence on their success than any other. The Streef brothers - and their wives - have melded their skills to work as a team.
